  Learning Objectives  
  To train course participants to:
  • Understand and become familiar with the 10 Knowledge areas, 5 Process Groups and the 49 processes of the PMBOK® Guide, Sixth edition and their interrelationships.
  • Get familiarized with the general concepts of project management covering both hard and soft skills and professional ethics.
  • Get in-depth, integrated understanding in a clear, easy to follow, well structured and enjoyable manner with many exercises, sample tests, graphics and video
  • Acquire all the skills, knowledge, tools and techniques to qualify in the PMP® examination
  • Use the concepts, tools and techniques of project management more effectively at the work place
 
  At the end of the course, participant should at minimum, be able to a demonstrate the following in each knowledge area:  
     
  Integration Management
  • To develop a Project Charter and Project Management plan
  • To direct, manage, monitor and control project work
 
     
  Scope Management
  • To create a scope management plan, prepare a Work Breakdown Structure, and finalize the scope baseline
 
     
  Schedulechedule Management
  • To create a schedule management plan, prepare a schedule network diagram, determine the activity resource requirements and activity duration estimates
  • Finalize the schedule baseline
 
     
  Cost Management
  • To create a cost management plan
  • Prepare activity cost estimates
  • Perform Earned Value Management calculations to monitor the project
  • Finalize the cost baseline
 
     
  Quality Management
  • To create a quality management plan, and validate the deliverables
 
     
  Resource Management
  • To create a human resource management plan, and to assess team performanc
 
     
  Communication Management
  • To create a communication management plan, and to update project documents
 
     
  Risk Management
  • To create a risk management plan, and to keep the Risk Register up to date and to update project documents

  • To create a stakeholder register and a stakeholder management plan

  Learning Outcomes  
 
  • Participant has acquired all the knowledge and practice required to successfully pass the PMP® examination by completing more than 1000 Q&As and obtaining at least 60% marks in the site Exam.

    To ensure the Learning Outcomes are met the course design follows structured steps with extensive exercises and tests through the course:
    • There is a Test Your Understanding session after each concept in the e-learning section and in the RIDL section (Flash cards) section after each Knowledge area that must be completed by the participant.
    • Quizzes at each knowledge area level are interwoven in the training to improve grasp of topics.
    • Two Full Length Tests aligned to the PMP® exam pattern must be answered.
    • At the end of the training a mock Exam must be cleared by each participant by getting at least 60% marks.
    • Each participant must also submit a Feedback Form of the course before a certificate of Completion is awarded to them.
  • Participant will be able to apply the project management concepts, tools and techniques more effectively at the workplace and demonstrate improvement in project performance.
  • Is better equipped to handle changes in the projects at the work place using formal change control processes.
  • Can comfortably monitor and control the project using earned value analysis and taking corrective actions.
