The First International Project Management Team Excellence Award (I-PMTEA) virtual competition is from Nov 17-18, 2020 in association with i2P2M. Truly it is the first Project Management Olympiad. Competition is 100% objective being based on each team’s performance in two real time computer based simulations. Same simulations are also used in top 20 business schools and global companies like UNOPS, Google & Shell. Winner Trophy plus Team Cash Prize of US$ 2000 is sponsored by NTPC, India’s biggest energy company. Runner-up Trophy is sponsored by Indian Oil Corporation, India’s biggest Oil & Gas Company. I-PMTEA competition will be held in virtual environment. Teams can start in four different time zones: GMT -5 hrs / GMT +1 hr / GMT +5.30 hrs / GMT +10 hrs. In the simulations each team has to take 100’s of decisions to ensure stakeholders satisfaction from project performance and risk and technology management to show their performance. In two days team members will gain 4 years of experience.
